By placing an order with Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION:
Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Starktech Ventures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
PRICING AND PAYMENT:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the pricing of our products.
All prices are in Indian Rupees.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Shipping and delivery charges will be added to your order total.
We will provide an estimated delivery date.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you up on delivery.
WARRANTY:
Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. warrants that the products it sells will be free from defects in Electric Motor for a period of one year from the date of purchase of product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or modification of the product. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
1.Only the first purchaser of the product is eligible for this warranty.
2. The Company's Service Centers, Authorized Service Centers, or Dealer Service Centers will carry out any necessary maintenance or replacement.
3. In the term of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. In addition, the warranty period does not exclude the time spent on the repair or replacement as well as the time spent in transit, regardless of whether the warranty applies.
4. If a defect is discovered in the Machine during the warranty period, the company or its authorized service centre reserves the right to retain any replacement parts or components.
5. The purchased product's demonstration and installation are not covered by the warranty.
6. The only thing the company is required to do under this warranty is fix or replace the spare parts. If the company decides to accept a claim, the maximum amount will be equal to the purchase price or the maximum retail price of the product, whichever is lower.
7. External accessories are not covered by the warranty like Casing, wheels, Handle, Electric switch, colour etc.
8. The company is required to do as a result of this warranty is fix or replace any defective components.
9. During the warranty period, repairs must be visit to service centre. The buyer is responsible for bringing the item to the Service Center that registered the set for warranty service. The cost of transporting the system from the installation location to the Service Center is not covered by the warranty.
1) This Warranty is not valid in case of the following events:
I. If the warranty card is not fully and properly filled in and signed at the time of purchase installation by the Company's authorised dealer/service engineer.
II. If the completed Warranty Card is not presented to the authorised personnel at the time of service/repair.
III. If the appliance is not used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions given in the 'User Manual'
IV. If product has been installed, serviced, repaired, opened or tampered with by any unauthorised personnel.
V. If defects arise/caused by accidents, alteration, misuse, neglect, abuse, substitution of original components with spurious/non genuine components, attacked by household pest/rodents, fire, flood earthquake, lighting and/or any other acts of God/natural calamities.
VI. If defect arise with unauthorised optional accessories like trolleys, rat mesh, machine cover, on-line filter, inlet/exhaust extension hoses, tap adapter, extended power supply cable, adjustment feet cover etc.
VII. If the machine serial number on the appliance is defaced, missing or altered.
Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will accept returns of products that are in new and unused condition within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
In case return of product, the cost of shipping charges is applicable to the customers.
Upon receipt of a returned product, Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, minus any applicable restocking fees.
The refund amount will be credited in customer’s bank account within 15 working days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the sale or use of its products. Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will not be liable for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will not be liable for any damages resulting from the conduct of any third party using the products, whether online or offline.
GOVERNING LAW:
The Terms and the sale of products by Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the products or the Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
WAIVER
The failure of Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS:
Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the products after any modification of the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd. and govern the sale of products by Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd., superseding any prior agreements between you and Starktech Ventures Pvt.Ltd.
